P0134 - decat
I have a 2007 wrx 2.5 litre, the previous owner has put a full decat japspeed exhaust on put it had the rear sensor and no front sensor so the car constantly has the p0134 code. He said to me to not put the sensor in due to it being mapped but I thought it should have sensor in? The mapper has said he doesn't remember the car as it was a long time ago but he things it would have had the sensor in and has advised to put the sensor in although the previous owner has said the car wont right with it? What's people thoughts? Will adding the sensor back remove the engine light and code and make the car run better or will the light still be on? Thanks

You seem to be posting the same question in multiple threads in different sections.
If you are getting DTC P0134 O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT NO ACTIVITY DETECTED (BANK 1 SENSOR 1)
and there is no front A/F sensor fitted, then it hasn't been mapped out (or at least the fault light for it hasn't).
Either get the map checked by someone who knows what they're doing or bite the bullet and fit a sensor and see what happens.
"Sensor assembly- A/F ratio" P/N: 22641AA211
and it's all so usually best to make sure it's an OEM or DENSO one.
