I'm guessing you wouldn't split it? I'm after a oil temp and pressure gauge. Same colour as the Leggy ones.

That m5 looks lovely, and in an interesting colour too!

I hear what you are saying about trying different cars.. I turned 40 in November, and I've had the subaru for 16 years now ... Perhaps it's time to get something else for a while.

I tried this as turning 40 in a few months and have been in subarus for about the same amount of time as you,,, looked at all sorts ,,, test drove a few different cars ,, Audi R8 ,, Bentley GT speed ,, M5 ,,,,, just couldn't make my mind up and nothing felt like it had personality or that I would fall in love with

so brought myself another 4 Subarus to play with instead lol ,, type R , two bug STI's and a blob widetrack STi,,,, should keep me busy till I can properly make my mind up

think I might be subaru 4 life lol

lol you greedy *******

i know what you mean though, i love my impreza-the sound-the looks-the handling and the way i can use 100% of its power 100% of the time (not quite sure i could do that with a 600bhp m5)

to be fair they all need working doing to them so didn't go out and buy 4 mint ones lol and I intending on selling them on once iv got them back into good condition ,, the last two I sold went to OZ and Mallorca and they were over the moon with them , so much so that they have ordered a couple more off me lol

my main problem with the M5 was the looks as without adding loads of carbon and stuff it just looks like any other BMW ,, R8 was to low for my back , Bentley wasn't fast enough lol ,, at least I know what Im getting into with the subarus and know what parts to buy for them ,, anything else just feels odd now lol

i know what your saying about the looks, its a nice clean look and un-cluttered look if that makes sense, a few carbon goodies like grill/side vents and boot spoiler is all thats needed in my opinion. as to the engine thats the only thing that scares me if it was to go pop as i cant find any info out there on people to rebuild it and how much it would be so i would have to keep it under the approved used warranty and keep it standard (which might be hard to do)

I'm not sure I like the looks of them, I would much sooner have the jeep grand cherokee trackhawk or bmw x5m

Bit too small inside mate and really not that quick at all. If I was gonna go yank it would be a dodge challenger

be the same for the m5, if funds would allow I would go f90 m5 competition pack but @ £60k it's a little out of my price range.

in simple terms it was fCUcked.............

engine issues albeit a problem don't seem as common as the trim and other "niggles"............heater packs in the front seats seem to try and make a break for freedom

little bits and bobs like that dont concern me, the engine however does concern me if it were to go pop. heard of the rods bending due to excessive fuel being dumped through a faulty injector all of which im sure would be covered under warranty but in the case its not for whatever reason i have no idea where to go to get a rebuild done. there is very little info/parts out there for the s63. can imagine a crank for the s63 from bmw would be £££££.

do you have any info or are you able to source rebuild parts?

you should be as trim quality in general is poor IMO - AMG C63 that replaced a known M5 if far superior even if it does try and kill him on straight roads.........
Merc has spent less time in the Stealers also due to warranty issues

never got involved apart from checking a few cranks, think they are near £4K alone albeit there is supposedly a company in Germany doing them for around £2K as "recon"..........
can source valvetrain, pistons, etc. if required - just on sorting some engine & head work on an earlier 330ci E46 lump that is going turbo and approx 750-800bhp............
