Payment of £18 has been taken twice.
Who do i contact ?

Stu @ internet brands or IB Jose.
In my experience,be quicker to do a PayPal dispute/claim.

I have spoken to Paypal,they have cancelled future payments but they said get in touch with Scoobynet.

You can cancel your recurring payments yourself in your PP account,you can also dispute the payment via your account.

Might be a long wait to even get a reply from SN let alone a refund!
Stu is usually pretty helpful tho so you never know

Good luck with that, I've messaged them loads of times they never respond and don't care. Open a dispute don't contact PayPal. There not much better either.

I've done a quick search for 'how to cancel' and this thread appears...

Needless to say I'm having the same issue with money being bled from my account, no information on how to cancel the damn thing and nothing from the 'admins'.
