who do i contact to get my money back,

i cancelled my subscription via paypal and its been taken 2 times, its only £6 but not the point

go through paypal? you sure you cancelled? if you did it correctly they can't authorise payment.

 

there were 3 seperate ones set up for some reason..

 

I have the same issue, 8 times I seem to of paid since 2012 and at £18.00 ago! I have cancelled several times, all logged in my Paypal account.

Does anyone have 'STU' contact details?

Yep, ive cancelled everything now, if it happens next month ill be pissed. Seen as you cant contact anyone on here ffs

 

I have cancelled via PayPal several times in passed years, still going out and twice yearly.
I know the feeling with not getting any responses from moderators!

 

Try tagging a mod or stu on this thread,seem to get a quick response that way

When I started paying, £2 was charged 3 times, then £2 a month after. I cancelled my DD with paypal, the payment still came out for the next 3 months. I tried contacting Stu, but got no refund or response

It's not the amount of money, it's the 'I want to cancel, but they keep taking it' that p1sses me off
