Yearly subscription taken twice!

Yearly subscription taken twice!
Just noticed I have been charged twice for my yearly Scoobynet subscription. Who is liable Scoobynet or PayPal? And how do I go about getting it back?

Cancel your recurring subs so it doesn't happen again.

I have done both the things you suggested already. Just can't quite see how the admin are so bad on this forum! Really disappointing!
