Question Open source mapping

Anyone still doing this?

Did a quick search and didnít come up with any recent results.

Could do with someone to tweak my bugeye WRX, pretty sure these could be O/S mapped on the stock ecu? Although itís been years since Iíve been on here actively reading (amazed itís still here)

If it's not ECUtek it's opensource,

On the 16bit ECU carberry has some better features

I did consider that option but surely by the time youíve bought a wideband and all the stuff youíd be in deeper anyway. I donít intend on messing about any more with it and my Classic sti has ecutek on it.

I just canít see me messing around further with the car. Iíve been there years ago with the spiral of mods, 2.5 type R, 20g, etc and donít really want the temptation of having the mapping stuff. Before you know it Iíll have a bigger turbo, new injectors then parallel fuel mod and my beater wagon will be ruined. Beauty of this car is it runs so sweet itís crazy. Done over 130k and the engine is a stunner, Iíve always serviced it though every 6 months.

The only reason I want it done is because I fitted a VF29 to it when a customer of mine wanted a td04 (so I took the one of mine and had this VF sat about). Itís been on there about 2 years now and Iíve been pootling it around.
