Default Psi 3 data monitor

I removed the psi 3 data monitor out of my car before I sold it. Ive advertied it on a f.b page at £350 with dashtop pod and had some abuse saying it' worth £80 tops. I paid £300 for it and I also sold one years ago for around same price. Are they really worthless these days or is it just the facebook parade that think this cause it has no neon back light and won't add an instant 50bhp.

I’ve got the last version with the Blue screen & Hawkeye picture on startup mode & I wouldn’t sell for less than your asking
I also have a dash top pod like yourself ( mine is in storage) along side other parts .. the top pods are not that common & would think that alone would fetch £60-£100

Regards mic

I wouldn’t pay more than £115 all in as a gift

Had one on my last bug and the comments were related to a taxi cab

To much hype for a single din although it does clear codes aswell and tells you the time
in my opinion I’d rather have a toucan setup if wanted that type of gadgetry but that would mean another ecu as the std one can’t run them then a map

I paid £30 for an OBD Bluetooth dongle that does way more including clearing codes. It turns your mobile into a data monitor and looks way better.

I was a fan back in the day but times have moved on.

Sorry not an Apple-ist but I will have a look. The Torque App software works a treat on my Android though (Y)

I got my PSI3 from a guy on here about 4 or 5 years ago. Matching dash shroud and all for £50 collected.
I was very lucky though.

it all depends what version of the PSI3 it is.

There are 3 different versions. LCD, VFD and extended VFD - the latter is very rare and worth a fair bit more.

im assuming at that price its the later VFD model which i wouldnt say it'd be worth £350 (to me) but somebody might - they are very rare due to the cost at the time and id say even rarer now - nice looking bit of kit

example of one from 10yrs back and it was 275
