Seized motor?
So I put my motor in and turned over then the starter decided to take a **** so I replaced it then I heard a bang. Is my motor seized?

Have you removed the starter motor and tried turning in over?
Get someone to press the clutch pedal whilst you watch the clutch release arm to see if it moves back and fore correctly. As previously commented about hydrolock, remove the spark plugs see if it turns over.
If you are a bit more localised with your location such as county then someone may offer a helping hand if they are near to you.
