Default help needed ☹

i have a 1993 impreza wrx that i bought as a bare shell, afew weeks back i put engine in out a 94 and z4 ecu it turns over but wont fire up, fuel pumps priming, getting power at the coils. i have no power coming off the ecu for the cam and crank sensors or the ignition igniter. i have had a sparky out who didnt have a clue what was wrong please can some1 give me some ideas what i could try next?

have you checked it's got the correct pulleys on?
If you have the wrong crank pulley or cam pulleys for the ECU it will have different trigger points hence not sparking on time.
