HI PEOPLE..I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM AND ITS DOING MY HEAD IN NOW ...MY 1997 HAD A PROBLEM...MY HARMONIC BALANCER CAME OFF WHILE DRIVING, WITH A BIG BANG BEFORTE CUTTING OUT...I HAD IT TOWED TO A GARAGE WHERE THEY REPLACED THE HARMONIC BALANCER AND FITTED A NEW TIMING KIT/BELT AND THERMOSTAT..THE PROBLEM I HAVE NOW IS ITS OVERHEATING AFTER AROUND 5-10 MINS OF DRIVING, TO BOILING POINT..THIS DIDNT HAPPEN BEFORE BUT HAS HAPPENED FROM THE SECOND THE CAR WAS RETURNED ..AND NOW I CAN SEE OIL COMING FROM THE INTERCOOLER?

Take it back to the garage,get them to check the thermostat is in the correct way round and make sure they know how to fill the cooling system without getting an airlock.
Or check and refill yourself if you can.

It's what the yanks call the crankshaft pulley(I think)

sorry, yeah the crankshaft pulley..its what i got told it was called too.
not sure what your on about with the headers and manifolds tho ;/

Headers are what the yanks call exhaust manifold lol
