Default A little bit of advice please

I've got a 57 plate Subaru and I've got a knocking as I'm going through gears and dropping gears, it can't be the suspension as it doesn't knock on bumps in general, any advice would be much appreciated I've had it in a garage for nearly 2 weeks and they couldn't find anything 👍🏼👍🏼

If mainly while changing gear it could be the pitch mount (brace) between the gearbox and bulkhead, it's easy to see under the top mount. Give it a pull or rev engine from under the bonnet and look for excessive movement
