Default Engine dying when warm

I have been having some issues starting my car, I thought the engine was flooded, so I removed the sparkplugs, fuel pump fuse and turned the car over.

I was expecting the plugs to be wet, they were dry and looked in good condition, but I replaced them anyway.

The car then started but as soon as the coolant temp reached 1/4 the engine completely died. After around 30 mins the car started but died again after 5 mins.

The battery is charged, and the fuel pump primes. The car is a widetrack blob.
