So you get boost when the car is stationary.

if wastegate is opening too easily or early maybe tighten it up, or look at your boost control solenoid?

Yeh boost when stationary but when you drive it no boost doesn't even dump ... And wastegate is not that loose and put a new wategate solenoid on because the wastegate didn't open at all at first

Not bragging but i have 3 impreza turbos and none of them show 1bar boost when stationary so if your car is showing 1 bar boost when the revs are at 3k when stationary i would be thinking about what the neutral position switch is there for.

Should not boost when standing still. The boost gauge will go up out of vacuum but not into positive boost. Should stop at 0.

That clears things as saying that it boosted stationary made no sense at all.

As above especially if the gearbox has been disturbed.
