The whole things screams No to me!!!!

Me personally i'd be asking if he'd be willing to go with you / let you take it to a near by specialist and pay them an hours labour to go over it properly.

To start with, a very lazy advert with text speak.

Far too much to list???? But you've got enough time to reply to everyones who's pretty much going to ask the same thing you could have just put in the advert!

If you've just spent £8k why are you selling for £9k?
A brand new engine from Subaru? Its nearly 13 years old, did you go to Subaru directly for the work and if so what parts etc were used? And why did it need a new engine?

Did the engine fail on him and was this possibly because of bolting on eBay aftermarket specials that he's selling with the car?

Any sort of warranty from Subaru after completing the work?

For one why is he asking $9000? Whats wrong with pounds?

Does look a poor advert, if your asking $9000 for an old car, you need to give good reason why its worth that.

I think the $ is a Facebook thing on title but it lets you write £ in text

Try posting a link to the add and not a screen shot as we can only comment on what we see

I'll stick to my opinion in post number 2 then mate.

Good luck with it but my personal opinion remains the same.

I believe Zen performance would be your closest specialist.

You can buy a brand new, fully warranted crate EJ20 from Subaru? I'd find out who did all the work first and then research/speak to them.

I've got to agree with Mark, this looks wrong to me.
£9000 is a LOT of money to buy a car like that, I personally would have a look through the for sale cars in here. Least that way a lot of people on here can give detailed views and feedback.

I brought my STi from here, everyone was very helpful and I could read the sellers previous posts and see what issues they had, how they were sorted etc.

Looks like a tidy car.. But why sell a car you've just spent 8k on and only done 1400 miles in? Seems a little strange!
