Default RB320

I'm new to this site, I own a RB320, 12k miles, totally original standard mint car.

The question I have is will they increase in value? And if so over what period of time?

Thinking of selling mine but don't want to regret it

Do you think they will increase as a limited number car?

I'm regretting selling Escorts and Cortinas right now! Not to mention the Aston Martins I should have bought. The trouble is, unless you're rich, you can't keep all the cars you buy, and if you did, you'd end up neglecting some.
The RB320 is a cracking looking car, maybe just enjoy it and forget what it cost?

There is a virtually identical car on Ebay :-

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Immaculate...-/221995013579

Apparently it is sold - someone on the RB320 Owners Club is looking for a low mileage one :-

http://www.rb320ownersclub.co.uk/ind...96#entry127063

It amazes me how much they fetch (not complaining as I have got one! - great car!) I thought mine was low mileage at 40k!

Cheers,

Ian.

if you have bought it as an investment you obviously can keep it stored away in a nice dry garage for a few more years. it will increase in value as the years go by but as to the time frame who knows? how long is a piece of string? as to future values the iconic 22B will set you back around 40k for a nice example. im not saying the rb320 is quite as iconic as a 22B but is def a special limited edition car and sure to be an appreciating classic as time goes by.

Could well increase in value over time, just look at the price for an original RS500 Cosworth.

In 20 years time, yours may be worth a fortune.

Is that one in the Ebay link the car you have just bought by any chance?

I bought mine to use - so not too bothered about what it its worth until I come to sell.

Difficult to gauge future values. There are 240 that are taxed in the UK https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=RB320

Have you joined http://www.rb320ownersclub.co.uk/ ?

Cheers,

Ian.

Cant really compare it to an rs500, that was an iconic championship winning homologated car

Rb320 is comparable to an rb5 wr. Basically a limited edition with prodrive trick bits, will always have a premium over its base car value

Value also depends on whether it has full service history, number of owners, options (most came with extra cost option Leather or Leather/Alcantara but some are standard blue cloth)

I saw a really nice RB in Guildford a while ago, went past the Spectrum sports centre, I was in my mates EP3 Type R. Those RB's are flippin' gorgeous!
