Maybe you should contact the service manager at Shelly motors, I hear he's going to be looking for a new job pretty soon.

P.s, not too sure how you work alone as a team player.

PPs, juse read the full job description requirements, **** me you don't want much do ya.

Sounds like you'd have been better of asking for a general dogs body, because that's how it reads to me, and £30k down sarf, you're havin a larf.

He does have a point about what they want for their money though, guess you can't blame them for trying though!

Engine & gearbox builder, workshop manager, skilled auto electrician, project manager, Motorsport experience, fabricator and welder. And with 5 years Subaru experience.

The skills listed there sound like someone who's been trained at prodrive then run their own business. Doubtful whether there's many people that well qualified that won't either be running their own business or working high up in a flash Motorsport team earning lots of money.

cast the net wide and see what fish you catch.

If you make a job description too specific you'll struggle to find anyone

Funny thing is I have actually done a fair bit of that list, 1st job when I left school was making metal gates and fences (YTS) was a manager at a BT cellnet svc centre, spent 20yrs installing car phones, trackers, central locking, electric windows, stereo's etc, rebuilt engines and been involved with Subarus for 12yrs, even done a bit of motorsport if you count track days and sprints.

jealousjay, didumms did you knock some slapper up when you were 17 get married and not had a life.

No wonder it rubs you up the wrong way when someone has lived a much more interesting life than you, and continues to do so.

So now you've got a hard on for me and follow me around the site making snide comments, if anyones not the "full ticket" it's you, stalking men on the internet, your Mrs must be a right old hag for you to be chasing men. Hanging with tubbs & Eddie has obviously had a serious effect on you.

It does, I can do all of the above (having been a machine shop manager, also a machinist, build engines, gearboxes, wire in ecu's and map them, do any mechanical job to a car, etc etc)
Id need £50K plus to even consider this job. Sounds like hard work when you can get £16+ hour sitting on your **** running a CNC machine.

One way to drive all your customers away, employ a 'tard like Dickmyster...spent twenty years installing trackers? what he means is, he put an ad in Gumtree, and fitted ebay specials with analogue mobile phones that rang your nan when your car moved, then told his mates where it was so they could go round, remove it, nick the car and then give the 'tracker' back to him to install on another mugs car.

I do like to summarise. Saves all Dickmysters waffle.
