My 03sti jdm came with a earthing kit i took it off now when i start the car in the morning it chugs/stutters misfires till i either hit 4000rpm or temp goes above 65

Put it back, see if it makes any difference...probably not looking at the symptoms.

I did had it back on for two weeks fine till yesterday then it misfired stuttered again so took it off lastnight and this morning i could only feather throttle or the misfired its head off

And i have put new cts on incase it was that and changed 02 sensor and maf both off a breaker so could one of these still be the issue as not new

If the earth issue isn't the problem, I'd post again describing the symptoms.

Going to put kit back on earth at different place from last time to see what happens

You now need to re-post under a different heading, something like, "Car won't pull under 4000rpm" etc.
You'll get more answers.........very few people answer about electrics, so earthing issue will put them off.
