Sounds like it could be a blown oil seal or a lot of condensation, check it and check it again or get it to a specialist.

White smoke usually indicates water, blue smoke would mean oil. Check for water leaking around the turbo / downpipe aea

White "smoke" from where? Exhaust? Under car? Engine compartment?

Did it smell of burnt oil? Or like anti-freeze?

We need more info.

It could be the turbo, if it smells of oil then it will be, if it smells like coolant it will be the head gasket, it would be worth compression testing the engine first and see what the readings are.

Hasn't too much oil in it has it ? If return pipe to sump is covered up by too much oil it will blow out by the seals.

With the white smoke and the intercooler and a wet turbo but it's looking like new pistons and rods and a oil pump I had 6 subarus in the last 15 years and it's usely a bang lol and a full engine build but this time was different it's the white smoke what do you think yourself

six Subarus and they all went bang!!! My, you are very unlucky or give your cars some serious hammer. To answer your question, I agree with others on here, it sounds like a water problem you have Fergal.
