Default My 05 Jdm Sti.

Just testing the water for now as undecided. As I,m getting on a bit, I,m thinking of selling my MY 05 Jdm Sti, which has been featured in Jap performance and Banzai magazines as it was a ZeroSports demo car. I,ve gone back to original front bumper and sideskirts as they were too low for speed bumps. Can anyone recommend me a nice car with a bit of comfort but still with the power I,m used to? To keep the wife happy, I only want to spend the money I,m likely to get for my Subaru. Steve.

E46 M3 seems a decent alternative

I personally prefer four wheel drive. Rear wheel drive is great for a laugh, but come snow and rain time, they get driven like a Golf.

Maybe an 8p S3? Should be in your price range, and possibly even an 8P2 which is the one to have.

I'd highly recommend making the move to an Evo, but you aren't going to gain anything over what you already have.

I'd probably agree with the above... an E46 M3. Does everything you'd need it to.

Something like an S3 may be too refined (ie boring)

Thanks for all your advice. The S type Jag looks nice, but I dont think I,ll change now and keep the Scoob as I,ve spent thousands in upgrades and maintaining the car to a high standard. I,m using a 2.0 X reg Focus for work now which is ok. Might sell the Scoob though as its not getting used much now. Steve.
