Can anyone tell me how to get hold of some? Mine's an import so can't just walk into Dealer (keep asking me for my Chassis No.)

Thanks, Harry

If you have a large branch of Halfords or any automotive paint suppliers near you you can get a touch up paint made up from your paint code

Surely it can't be that easy! I'll have to put it to the test.

Yep, try any commercial paint distributor (Bancrofts Etc.)
The paint is listed under 'Fuji Film' apparently.

I'd try another dealer, never been asked for the chasis number, only reminded to check the vin plate for the right paint code.

Once decided to polish the car whilst staying with friends, dealer had never seen me before. They said four days delivery from IM, but as I needed it on the day got their local supplier to mix and deliver within the hour.

Cool

Unfortunately its a very hard colour to match properly.
A friend of mines P1 went back 4 times before the bods from ICI got it right.
When I had some paint done for a new spoiler on my import MY00 it also took 4 attempts by a friend who is a professional paint sprayer to get the colour right. I got the test pieces to see the differences. I'll see if I can get the code he used.

Thanks for the replies. Those codes would come in handy.

Cheers, Harry

Timo,

Nice one! this is getting easier and easier. My car is a 99 WRX RA WRC LTD EDN? Do you need any other info? Can you do touch-up pens and sprays, if so what's the cost? Please contact me with payment/shipping etc...

Cheers, Harry

p.s. told them I had a Terzo, still wanted the Chassis No. (jobsworths)
