Default New UK Car Restoration Show for ITV Looking to Help

Is your beloved project rusting away in the garage? Have you bitten off more than you can chew modding your motor? We could be the answer to your prayers.

North One Television, makers of Speed With Guy Martin, The Gadget Show and Fifth Gear have been asked by ITV1 to make a brand new UK primetime car restoration show and we want to hear about your projects.

We understand that you may not have the time or finances to dedicate to your prized ride; so our team of elite mechanics are standing by to give it the mechanical makeover it so desperately deserves.

Interested? Keen for you and your car to be on UK TV?

Then please get in touch via CAR.RESCUE@NORTHONETV.COM with details of the car including a picture, a paragraph about yourself and why you deserve to be on the show.

Will it end up like the WRX did in the hands of Mike Brewer, with his name written all over it?

SIOC members are salivating at the idea of getting a flip paint job and spinners for free!

In all seriousness, I hope this is a decent show, and the work done is on par with the American restoration shows that it is copying. The work out there is amazing, we only ever see mediocre work going on in UK shows.

I'd question the sincerity of the show, hence why I suggest my lawn mower.

Sorry if my humour does not meet your requirements. Next time, maybe I'll stick with a classic knock knock.

It quite clearly was one of the funniest things you've ever read. Don't deny it.

Anyway, if this is real, can you consider my lawn mower please.

Can they sort out my old banger? her undercarriage needs some attention and the rest of her body work needs a reshape. That's the problem with older models, when they start to get battered they go south quickly!
