Anyone used Nengun.com?
Hi All,
As it says, has anyone used nengun.com to order parts from Japan? Thinking of getting some parts from there. Not too bothered about speed of delivery, but want decent genuine parts.
Thanks in advance

Yep likewise, had a little issue initially on the last thing I ordered as it said it was in stock on the site when it wasn't but no big issue, went smoothly after that and intend to use them for other bits again shortly.

Used them once and never again, I had a problem with some of the parts as fitment was terrible. They denied everything asked if I was an engineer if not who was I to say how parts should fit! Never got a refund and the parts went into the bin, if you have issues they will not refund. I suspect they deal in chinese knock offs

Yep used them and they were great saved about 30% even with VAT.
I am fairly certain they don't deal in chinese knock offs. Any proof?
Just because a part is a crap fit doesn't mean the dealer is ****. The lack of support is a risk of ordering from abroad to save money. You pay less and take a risk. Unless you have proof that Nengun sold knock off parts (something I have never heard about them before) then lets keep things factual. What parts did you buy?
