Is it just me that can't access the traders section?

Default Is it just me that can't access the traders section?

It's really pi&@ing me off now. If I am logged in to SN the trader section disappears so I can't view any of the offers. I've just realised I overpaid on an AP brake kit in January as I didn't see the offer on the trader announcements!!

I've emailed the mods (Lisawrx) but they can't do anything and tried Stu countless times (waste of time!).

Is it just my account or are other people having this issue?

Works for me.

Try withdrawing some money from them. It's all IB care about.

Yes unfortunately the only email I get from IB is a reminder when payment is due!

Does anyone know how I can contact Stu? Any email sent via The 'contact us' link at the bottom of the home page seemingly disapears into the ether!!

He has been in touch with me, back in February and I suggested he PM Stu if he was having no joy with the 'contact us' link (I know people have said in the past they have had no reply when using that link). I provided a link to Stu's profile so he could either PM him, or e-mail to the address on his profile, in the hope he'd get a reply that way. As I'd heard nothing since then, I assumed the issue must have been resolved.

Did you try just sending him a PM?

Assuming you tried that too, and still got no reply, I have now alerted him to this thread and hopefully he will be able to assist soon.

Sorry you are still having problems. Like I said, I assumed when I heard nothing more, it was sorted.

First Things first, have you tried using a different browser?

There are no user groups on Scoobynet that don't allow access to read the trader forums so I can't understand how it could "disappear" from your screen unless you have corrupt local cache that hasn't refreshed properly.

Does it literally not exist on your screen?

It tells me I don't have access to it! If I log out I can view all the trader market place. When I log in it literally doesn't exist!

As I am permanently logged in I don't get to see any of it. Didn't even realise till recently when I messaged Lisa. And yes the 'contact us' link is clearly routed to a trash can!!

Yep. It's working now thanks very much! What was the problem?

While I have your attention, have I paid my subs twice in error as I have 2 of the 'access all areas' logo's?!

...and please please fix the 'contact us' link so that it does actually reach a human being. I have lost count of the amount of emails I have sent to it and I have NEVER had a reply!
