Red face Parcel Monkey

Hi. Has anyone here used Parcel Monkey to send parts before? I purchased a data monitor from a fellow on here and he shipped it out months ago! I paid for it on January 3rd and still have not received my package. He says Parcel Monkey lost the package and I believe him as he showed me emails. Now PM says it will be delivered by the end of the week or next week at the latest. I hope it gets here soon. Waiting this long for something is unacceptable. He sent it from the UK to the US.

They said they found the package and are going to deliver it. I would rather have the data monitor than my money back. These are extremely hard to find. No claim through Paypal yet as I'm hoping I get the data monitor.

You only have i think 45 days to open a dispute, so if its been longer than 45 days you may have left it to late

Of course the day I make this thread it gets delivered! When I got home from work there was a package waiting for me. Packed very nicely and the data monitor works! Sucks that it took so long but it's finally here!

Mate I'm so sorry it took so long. If i get any compensation from all this I will split it with you. Thanks for your understanding and I'm glad you enjoyed the secure packaging, but no biscuits, lol
