Knock -3-4k off the price and it would be a nice buy, also why is it that the owner has had this car since new, shows you pictures of the decent tyres yet has zero fuel in the tank and is running it on the reserve? That to me either shows you are a tight fisted git or you can no longer afford the cars running costs (cant afford the running costs then what else cant they afford?).
Also no mention of service history....
