Default What's this car worth?

DELETE

Just wondering where you guys would place it value wise and if anyone knows of it?

I've got £20,000 burning a hole in my pocket and currently driving a Hyundai I30 enterprise rent a car until i find my new one! Not jumping in feet first but would be nice to find a decent, specced, cherished example.

Easier said than done though unfortunately, the 3 ive seen so far have been dogs

Ideally wanting to spend between £10k and £13k so i have some change for toys, although if a nice RB320 appears on low miles then i don't mind heading towards the full chunk of cash.

Overpriced by at least 3k. No mention of whether the 2.5 block has been pinned or the CDB insert added, or head studs uprated, both of which are essential at that power level. No mention of what turbo is fitted. No idea what a "1000HP RATED REAR LIMITED SLIP DIFF" is.

I'd personally be loath to buy a specialist modified car like this from a dealer as they are unlikely to know much about cars like this, not to mention any advert that proclaims "NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED" is a clear signal of a total numpty.

BTW your postcode is visible in the link (blame Autotrader)

Have you had a look on Hurst cars website, he's got a few very tasty cars.

I'm in love with the Black C63 AMG he's got.

I had a C63 mate before the E92 M3, it was a good car, but lethal around corners. I like a car that handles well, the M3 was amazing, unbelievably balanced, the C63 was quick in a straight line and sounded amazing, but terrible handling wise.

I've had a look on hurst cars but nothing that really stands out to me to be honest.

So you've not seen the 2/3 Jdm hawks One white, or the Spec C, or the S202.

Dude.

S202 is long sold (sold last year) but Hurst's website is updated very slowly. Hawks and Spec C look okay but there are certainly other comparable options available if you're after one of those.

OK my bad, must be selling like hot cakes.

P.S; I probably would never throw the best part of £30k at that C63 but it does look mean as hell.

Some of the more interesting newage cars currently on the market:

Guy Francis have a 2003 Spec C in white with 50k miles for £12495.

Jap Performance Parts have a 2003 Spec C in white with 47k for £11k - note it's the KL 16" version with manual DCCD, no ABS and four-pots.

There's a private seller with a 16" bug Spec C on PH for £11k (slightly overpriced in my opinion).

JPP also have a widetrack blob Spec C RA (a pukka RA - I've checked) for £12,500 although the standard Brembos have been removed and replaced with four-pots.

Forged silver hawk in Derby on eBay and AT for £9,395, 61k miles, seller seems knowledgeable

Blue 2004 JDM blob on this forum and AT for £8,250, not a bad price and the standard JDM is a very capable car.

Silver widetrack blob on this forum in Herts for £8,495, a good price for 53k miles.

Brave Auto have a Tommy Kaira 2.2l bug on sale for £10.5k and a blue S202 for £11,500.

Yours sounds good but to be fair cant do "might be for sale" - need to sort something in the next week so unfortunately cant even consider yours when you're not sure whether you're selling or not.

Sure when and if you do sell it will be snapped up though.
