Default Price up my car please

Looking to sell one of my Impreza's but don't know what its worth.

53 blob at 55k

Forged engine (receipt)

Big brakes, coilovers, anti lift kit, whitline front and rear arbs.

sc40 and mapped to 385hp (so associated mods i've not listed like fuel pump big injectors etc)

Yes this one has only the 5 speed box.

No faults, well looked after forum car as most of ours.

Is it a WRX? with those skirts and a 5 speed box? probably around £4-£5k

IF its an STI

6K - 7K depending on body condition imo, £7k being the minter end, despite the engine work, if you price any higher you are entering JDM STI territory, which is a far superior car out of the box than yours with the mods.

Maybe lose that ghastly bonnet vent when you come to put it up for sale?

Forget advertising it on here, stick it on Autotrader and piston heads.

Why does everyone on here want a car for nothing? The people that are valuing STI Impreza's at £6k-£7k are just blind. Look on piston heads for god sake! They're at around £9k these days.... Surely you should be helping to maintain the Impreza's value and stop talking about running the price of these cars down.

£7k and we're entering JDM territory? Find me a JDM STI with less than 60k miles for that price.

as said above dont bother advertising on here. Your ad will just get pulled apart as is the norm lately.Do a detailed advert with plenty of pics on Pistonheads. GLWTS

You are talking complete and utter sense matey, so many on here just want to talk a car down for some reason, if this is pushing 385bhp surely must be worth more than standard WRX blob prices

Rubbish. they start from 6500 and go up to 9000, but there are plenty for 7K, at at dealers as well, with dealer mark up.

Plenty

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...02&YearTo=2006

I also said entering JDM territory, I didnt say he would be in it, but if he starts raising the price to the 7500/8k then you will be in it...I know because I bought two.

At the end of the day this is a poverty spec WRX with some money wasted on it. It will fetch 4-5K, simples.

£4k.... it's just not special enough to interest most people... you are shooting for new owners with wide eyes and little knowledge IMHO

Yeah it is a actual 385 lol, obviously a graph and tons of pictures and receipts will go into my advert later.

Cheers guys, yeah I wasn't going to advertise on here. Was just wondering on the opinions of people on here.

I've looked on PH and Autotrader and will price accordingly to that because obviously I don't want to be selling cheaper than I should.

You can easily pick up 2003 blob sti for under 6k if you look around, prices only up because of a few certain dealers pushing the prices up
