If you're strapped for cash bare in my one of the bolts to the turbo is known to seize and my local tuner just spent 6 hours fixing mine.

Mine is a Cobra sports cat downpipe, came externally scratched and internally dirty but both Cobra and the distributor I got it from state it is normal. Construction process etc.

I don't know if it's the increased flow from the dp but I keep getting a split actuator vacuum pipe!

ive just fitted another turbo mate and put new nuts on so no worries there, ive had two 2nd hand downpipes and neither were externally scratched.hmmm no idea about split pipe.
was the pipe good quality and did it fit perfect?

as in my previous thread, ive fitted a hayward and scott downpipe and its too short, and ive been advised by a member on here to not bother trying to bodge fit a classic centre pipe to it. but im no expert and it would be cheaper for me to just buy a centre section from classic.
im just unsure of fitment with centre pipe hangar etc and want to keep my newage backbox.
anyone?

Cobra downpipe seems to fit nice. Not blowing yet, the nut to the turbo took a few hours to sort out but the Cobra DP went on pretty quickly.

The split actuator pipe has AEM 04-35-06 written on it.

Tuner did tell me my trick up-pipe had warped due to a missing bolt, but that's another story. You know who you are.
