Default Sick Engine help

As the title says really

Not used my Scoob for at least 3 months until today.

Anyway, all was good for about an hour of various driving then when I came to a stop it sounded a bit sick. From the inside it sounded like the Exhaust was blowing a tad but only at low revs. So I pulled over and parked up and checked it further.
The noise is more of a Knock as is coming from the right hand bank when looking under the bonnet. When ticking over its not very nice but goes when I rev it a little so a little puzzled. Not coming from the bottom end by the way.

I had to drive home so took it easy and noticed that it was a bit down on power and was very laggy were it was not before. (Not that I was boosting it hard)
I had a wee search on line (as you do) and found a click on youtube which sounds just like mine does. Its NOT mine as my knock is coming from the other bank but you get the idea

Any ideas on what went **** up would be very kind

Heres the clip

Kind regards

Ian
