Second time in 2 months!!!
Just got back from work to find this in my eagle F1........lovely!!!
Am I right in saying that I'm better off for now getting a decent part warn with the same tread depth rather than a new tyre???? Just don't want to mess the diff up!!!
Cheers harri

Just get the puncture fixed, no need for a new tyre.

I thought that if it's too close to the side wall it can't be repaired!!

Would you get it patched up on a performance car?? I know I would'nt, especially on a car that can hit 100mph pretty quick. Maybe a 1 litre Fiesta, but not on a Impreza or any performance car!!!

Just unsure if having different tread depths on the rear will mess with diff? That's why I thought of getting a decent part warn for now with the same tread depth!!!

Looks just like bad luck to me. That tyre looks fairly perished anyway, so for me I'd be getting rid all the same.

Screw looks quite 'new'. May be worth keeping a watchful eye. Can never be too careful this day and age, sad sign of the times
