Default FULL SERVICE HISTORY!

I don't start many threads, but can hold my tongue no longer!

I am sick to death of adverts that say F.S.H. but when you delve deeper you uncover for example the car has gone 2 or 3 years between services! sometimes longer!

The vast majority of cars( especially performance ones ) need an oil change at least every 12 months.

So if it hasn't been done stop fcukin stating F.S.H!!!

Mine has a full history up to 92k then after that (when I bought it) it gets an oil change every 5k or 6 months, just stuck a fresh batch of motul 300v in it 3 weeks ago, 12 months is too long for an impreza if it's being driven regularly.

I've had mine 3 yrs and it mostly sat on the drive for 2yrs, now covered 13k and had 4 oil changes, it's an absolute must to look after the crank bearings on these cars, circa £300 on oil and filters or £3k on a rebuild, no brainer.

Really annoys me.

But that's not all.

Mint, Immaculate, Spotless. Just one scuff on alloy wheel and one small ding on bonnet. WTF? Well its not mint then is it.

Another one. Fully loaded. Sat nav. LOL!

Ooh, pet hate. I BROUGHT this car 2 years ago. Brought it where? You BOUGHT it!

Finished now.

i discovered mine has like 2 years of missing service history, annoying to say the least. Since then i have made sure i change the oil every 2000 miles, overkill maybe but considering how easy it is to do its worth it in my eyes.
Seems to be most common on classic imports

I wasn't specifically talking about imprezas, but the straw that broke the camels back was a 10 year old car with 27k miles that said full main dealer history.

Turns out it had been serviced 4 times in 10 years!

My hate is when someone puts "pulls like a train" really pisses me off.

I hate it when you see a dealer advertising a scooby as "totally unmolested" then you look at the pics and spot out an aftermarket exhaust, induction, dumpvalve, headunit.
