1998 Impreza Turbo Wagon - What's it worth?
Hi all,
After some quick advise. What would a 1998 Impreza Turbo Wagon with over 100k on the clock be worth? No service history, slight bubbling of the rear arches but MOT worthy. Slightly tatty, but nothing a clean up, wheel refurb etc. couldn't improve!
So what sort of money is it worth?
Thanks

Rusty and with no service history I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay more than £800 for it. However prices are all over the place at the moment so you never know.

Another vote for £500-£800 maximum
If arches repaired maybe £1200
Costs to sort
Lack of service history is the killer on the car cant really do anything about
So a new full service. £300 ?
Tatty maybe a good machine polish £100 ?
Dents removed ? £100?
Wheels refurbished. £200 ??
Arches repaired. £400 - £800
If sorted £1700-£2100 as its 16 years old with 100k is it 110 or 150 or 180k ?? on clock

Thanks for the advice.
I think it's on around 130k miles.
I wouldn't be looking at keeping it very long to be honest, I am just thinking of something I can buy and run for a few months of fun then sell on with minimal loss.
I'm yet to have a test drive so it could drive awful for all I know. Planning to get the cambelt cover off once it has a fresh MOT (failed on a brake line) to have a look at the cambelt condition. I believe it has been sat still for a few years.
