Are LEDs chav?
To carry on with the earlier chav related theme.
I've seen some done really well. Very rare on scoobs, but I've also seen many done really really poorly. Usually on early naughties passats
has any one fitted daytime running leds to good effect?

Agree about the audis. I know of a 2010 saloon sti with hawkeye lights. It had led around the round bit of the headlight. Not even sure how he did it but it looked the nuts
I have a hawkeye. Just wondered where people would put em if they did. Im im two minds

if it were me and i really wanted to do it i think i would remove the headlights and put them in the oven and crack them open and put them inside the lense for a oem look as opposed to sticking some chav looking strip along the outside. not worth the bother though in my opinion for the look. leave it to the audi boys.

there are some DRL replacement headlights on ebay for the hawk. IMO they dont look too bad but i notice they have normal H1 bulbs rather than HID's so there would be some tweaking needed to retain the OEM HID setup. for the price though they seem cheaper than even used OEM replacement headlights.
