Hi all, just wondering how many miles people get out of a full tank on a Sti, I just did a 4 hour drive coving 300 miles with about 30 miles left in the tank!
Yeah sounds about right.
Got a hawkeye sti get about 250 if i was to run it dry, usually fill up after 220-230 or so.
Always scared to go any further in case I can't find any v-power in time!
Well I wish mine was that good lol I've just driven from padstow back home to rugby 265 miles all off motorway and at sensible speeds as we wanted to chil and see the surrounding countryside got to 235 and had to fill up mind you it was filled with BP ultimate crap and now feels naff she never runs well on that so need to empty her quick lol and put put Tesco 99 in
In the spec c filling what I thought was empty (light on for 10 miles on way to nearest v power) was 43 litres to fill, £58 and got 160 miles of mixed driving.
Do all Tesco's have the 99 or just a few as i use esso 97,,i went into my local Tesco it doesnt say anything apart from premium on the expensive pump,,is that the 99.?

300 divided by 4 hours = 75 miles an hour average. To actually achieve that you would have been driving faster for some of that time to make up for the time you were driving slower. 300 miles at speed and only one tank of fuel is great!
I drive like I have Miss Daisy in the back for most of my daily driving and I fill up before I get 300.
