Thanks , lowering springs would be good , coilovers better , but it's not going to be around too long , I've got my heart set on a hawk and already have a forged fully built engine ready to drop in , only I'm after a white one so there a bit thin on the ground

Next thing to happen to the widetrack will be a sales thread I'm afraid

Not much else quite gets my juices flowing like a black Blob STI. Didnt really have an interest in them until Gurdas from this forum shared his over on another computer forum I frequent. He's a top bloke and has his car exactly the way I'd want it, pity he wont sell me it...

Car looks brill mate..... Does it have the gold fleck or is it gloss black?
sold my blob sti for a hawk.....
Two totally different cars..... (Don't want to start an argument)
But I love the low down grunt of the 2.5
What motor have you got to drop in?

I love my black hawk, but unfortunately its a pain in the *** to keep it clean!!! But once all polished/cleaned up, there is no better colour(maybe except white)

oHUTCHYo this looks the perfect car for you!!!

It's the later non gold fleck black , think it's called obsidian??

I've got my hands on an API built forged 2.5 , it was built some time ago for a close friend , his car was wrote off before he got a chance to fit it and he's sat on it ever since , managed to talk him into selling it to me , got it at a very good price although there's a couple of bits I need for it still , looking for a white hawk or blue if I really have too or find a very very tidy one

Vey nice.

Could you do me a favour when you get a chance and measure the distance from the wheel arch to the centre of the wheel at the front and rear on a level ground?

Turbo is the main thing , he sold that separately ages ago , not sure what to get yet , wanting to runs around 450 ish , and just a few minor bits , most I can use from the car I buy tbh , pipes etc , was hoping I could find a hawk that had engine issues at a good price, but considering the problems with the 2.5 there's pretty much none about that are blown etc , not like rx7"s etc
