Steering issues after a period of driving.
Hi all
I have just fitted some new 9.5j alloys with 235 40 18 tyres on and had a full wheel alighnment done.
The car was fine, handling was excellent, however after a period of driving the steering became slightly heavier and more unresponsive.
Had it in the garage and had the power steering fluid changed, belt tightened and all the steering joints soaked to ensure free moving.
Felt excellent again, however after a run today, noticed the fault was returning again, any advice welcomed, scoobyslf.

have you had it back where you got the alignment done? I know when you get basic tracking done you have to return after a 1000 miles to make sure it is still right.
worth checking it is still all aligned.

Hi, yes I agree as that has been suggested so will arrange that, just wondered if it was linked to anything getting hotter?
