Default td05h out, maybe a vf turbo?

I need your help. Please.

My td05h 16g turbo is done the last miles.
Im reading about the vf28 and similar turbos, and I think that I can buy one used unit to replace the old td05.
Im runing my95 engine, autronic ecu with remap to 18psi and 650 injectors.

Im not searching more power, I want best spool or response.

I need to know which vf turbo is my best option.

Thanks

If you change to a different Turbo then you will need another remap!

Vf28/vf24 are qiute similiar with vf34 spool-wise. Vf34 has maybe somewhat more max hp, but is also more rare and expensive.
I'm running vf28 on my 2.5L forester and I love the 1.1bar @2500rpm. With ca 290whp.

rebuild the TD05 or maybe just buy a replacement, they are a fair bit cheaper than VF's and by all accounts more robust, also good for 350bhp

I've driven a few VF28 equipped cars and that seems like a very nice turbo to me. My current V6 Sti has one as std and has been remapped at Graham Goode and pulls very well, comes in with a nice shove.
