As I've said before, when Michaelangelo was painting the Cistine Chapel ceiling it wouldn't be right if people were yelling at him "Hurry up Mike, there's a wedding on Saturday"!

The car's been done for a while, and Mike's now run it in, we're just waiting on the management.

yes you might be just waiting on the management but iv had to listen to mike telling me whats happened with this build over the last nine months so i was just telling him to take it up with you as i just wouldnt wait that long,,,,and i thought 600hp was something you guys down there build all the time so i was starting to wonder what was taking so long but as you said it must be some sort of masterpiece that only one person in the world can do like michaelangelo's paintings so i cant wait to see it now
why dont you reply to mikes post instead of jumping on what iv said as i was just replying to him on my thread,,,,i didnt say who you were he did,, so next time take it up with him or you scared of what he might say ?

this kit is all being hand made for me by my mate that builds rally cars for a living ,,as they say its who you know not what you know lol
cheapest iv found is 9k from rallytech for a steel kit like mine but with some composit bits as well and 14k from subaruwrcspares for a full steel kit,,,, then you have to find someone good enough to fit it properly and thats the hard part and prob the reason i cant find any other scoobs out there with steel kits,,,even tommy maks old scoob in the pic was fiberglass so there cant be many

The sill has had to be flared out to match the kit
Wasn't happy with the driver side so he started again

The kit is now more or less finished ,,,just needs grinding and a bit of filler and then in for paint
Got my wide wheels with the right offset so they fill the arches nicely
Before with the old wheels
Now with the new ones on
All comments welcome as I know this might not be to everyone's taste

Thanks guys its taken a lot longer than planned as we keep adding stuff to the list of things to do but it will be worth it when it's done as I can't find another one anywhere with a steel wrc kit fitted so should be quite rare,,and should go like it looks with the tubular subframes and all the other bits we have added
