Default Track toy

Started out life as a usual "boy racer" saxo vts, but it served me well, getting me to and from work! After visiting a bloke called Andy, who owns a company called hiflowheads I realised the little saxo had some canny tuning potential! ( nowt like u's scooby owners have like!)
Anyway 3 years later and the spec is as follows:
Hiflow port and polished head with 2mm larger inlet valves
Piper 285 cams
Supersprint 4-2-1 manifold
Ashley Group A exhaust system
Works forced induction by Green cotton
Emerald ecu mapped by Dave walker
Wilwood 4 pots and 285mm discs
Spax adjustable suspension kit
Stripped out with raceland buckets and saebelt 4 point harnesses.

Now the engines currently out again as I'm on getting some yam R6 tb's fitted. Its taken about a month to get the tb's spaced out to line up with the ports on the head and fab an inlet manifold to fit. As usual with a lot of one off parts it has taken a lot of time and money but its nearly there!!

This was taken a couple of weeks ago, just on trying to rewire the emerald and set up the T.P.S then away we go!! Hope its done soon for the race season

Thanks mate.

Well when it was mapped at emerald it made 130 at the wheels (160 at the fly). Not sure what to expect with the bike tb's, will be happy with just a wider torque spread!
