Default Whats the easiest way to run rear wheel drive only?

I'm currently converting a classic wrx to race at local club racing event, trouble is they dont allow 4 wheel drive. So i have decided to go with rear wheel drive rather than front.

Can i just weld the fronts locked?

Will that give me 100% drive to the rears?

Or is there a different box that i can bolt up to achieve the desired affect?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I saw an advert in either Banzai or Japanese Performance for a permenant rear wheel drive for the scoob i'm sure it was Option Motorsport that carry it out.
