Exclamation

David

Just a quick tip - Don't leave your air filter lying like that, bits of **** have a habit of getting in and sticking to the inner surface. They don't shake off when upturned and only become dislodged when the turbo is at full chat

Cool

David, come of it, that's not a surge tank, you've gone all soft and decided to make your mum a new pedal bin

David, i have just dropped my manifold into my mates place, he is making me some 19mm alluminium spacers.
If they are any good and you are ok with using Alluminium for yours then i can get some more made up.
Only prob is that they aint cheap, they are £70 for a pair
I was gonna have a go myself but ally isnt the easiest thing to work with..

nope.. paid for mine now

Just ordered a set of headers for the car..

Will be ready in about 7-10 days. Mild steel & Slip Jointed, £500

No pipes will be welded in for the up pipes so I can customise these to my turbo. Will also need to look at the external wastegate pipe work.
