WRX STI hatchback build
Recently bought this car from a friend of a friend.
List of mods currently on the car:
Engine
Closed deck casings
New 2.5 crank shaft
Mahle forged pistons
Manley forged conrods
ACL race series bearings
APR stud kit
11mm updated oil pump
Oil modine
Cosworth 1.1mm head gaskets
Cosworth baffle plate
Bore/hone
Skimmed heads
timing belt kit
Cosworth short ram air intake
Decat bell mouth down pipe
Excedy twin plate cerametalic clutch
Chassis
Whiteline front ARB
Whiteline rear ARB with support links
Whiteline front and rear adjustable ARB drop links
Whiteline anti lift kit
Whiteline centre steer kit (bump steer)
Whiteline rear subframe insert bushes
Whiteline rear adjustable toe arms
Whiteline rear adjustable camber bushes
Pedders adjustable coilovers
Geometry setup
-1 degrees camber on the front
-2 degrees camber on the rear
0 degrees toe
-7 degrees castor
This is the way I have bought the car it's currently running 350bhp with 300lbs of torque, apparently it's good too push 600 bhp with a new turbo since it's still only running on the standard turbo he didn't want to take it too high.
Now I know very little about the engine mods that have been done but I sure as hell want to buy a new turbo and get the extra BHP, any advice on which turbo or any mods to think about next would be greatly appreciated guys
Thanks and welcome to my build.

thanks mate , its been a bit of work getting it to where it is now and its still having bits done every now and again so there never really finished lol ,,, the touch screen is ok but there are some much better aftermarket units out there but they don't connect up to the car like the 330 ones does so Im sticking with it for now , just doesn't connect up to my phone

Nice car mate.
I wouldn't push much past 500bhp with the 11mm head studs. You are much better with 14mm head studs at 600bhp.
Plenty of turbo to pick from. But a good 450/450 hatch with good handling and brakes will make an epic road car.

thanks for the knowledge. I'll keep it in mind when it's time for a new turbo
