++++ IMPREZA 2.5 SHORT BLOCK ++++
This engine has covered 5000 miles before one piston nipped up causing failure of one rod & one piston plus some very light scoring to one bore ! It is believed that this was either due to borewash or a boost spike.
You will need to replace one piston, one rod & re line one bore !
I might be able to source the rod & piston & apparently a re line is approx £300
The block is a US EJ257
Cost of block to me was £1351 new
Block is available for viewing in Surrey or PICS can be supplied on request !
COLLECTION ONLY UNLESS YOU ARRANGE & PAY FOR COURIER FROM SURREY

I saw this adverised on e-bay and can't believe it did not sell.
As part of my groupbuys I can source uprated CP pistons if this help any potential buyer and should cost £300 pounds for the set with rods would be an extra £350 @.
