Tesco.com have GTA Vice City for £34.79 and free delivery if you look for it on their website in the electrical section.
Mine arrived today!
If I'd bought it in their retail store its about a fiver more plus petrol to get there!
soz for the hi jack, would have bought yours if I'd seen it sooner . . . just bought the PS2 package for a xmas pressy from Toys R us . . . doh!

Argos are doing it for 29.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!
But NONE of their stores have it in stock(I tried them ALL!)
Seen it cheap in loadsa places but they dont have it in stock and cant give a delivery date or even gaurantee it before xmas.
Tesco online store said 10 days max for delivery... it took 3 days!
Would have paid full retail of 39.99 but everywhere had sold out!
