I cannot say I'm a fan of these things as a fair number of them are driven by unusually aggressive and inconsiderate types but they are fantastically engineered and very capable for their bulk.

Your fuel bills will halve after switching from a V8 petrol to a six cylinder diesel yet you'll still have loads of torque on tap.

lol, what's with the brake discs on the wall?

Nice motor, if you like that sort of thing, also not a fan personally, real off roader or a car for me, but it does look sweet.

i just changed the disc's on my scooby waiting for the scrap man to take them,had a chance to drive the bm today and all i can say is it's awesome my god diesel's have come on a bit

i had an x5 4.4i and the gearbox went. cost me £2200 to get it sorted i did like it, off the mark for a big beast it wasnt slow.

I like the X5s and I think you have a real looker there, especially in that colour. A good drive for a 4x4 and classy looking to boot ,very good choice.

You didn't opt for the SD or 35d then.(twin turbo)

was looking for any of the above but this came up it has extended leather,dynamic pack the upgraded sound system can't remember the name of it now and reversing camera etc so went for it
