So, Mrs 500 is going to start a new contract and would like to change her car soon.

Currently has a BMW 545i on LPG and has done around 70k in it over the last 3 years so is due a change.

She wants somthing AWD due to the 3 days a year that the BMW finds it hard on summer tyres

Car will be registered to her company and will have to be somthing on petrol that we can convert to LPG and over 300 BHP (she had a P1 when I met her and is a true petrolhead) Whatever it is it will have to be as fast if not quicker than the 545i and bigger than a S3/R32

Must be auto so that rules out RS4's

Budget is upto 20k, using the 545i to PX

We don't need a 4x4, as much as she would like a Q7.

I've come up with either an S6 v10 or an S5.

She wants somthing with 4 driven wheels as opposed to 2

If she wanted to stay RWD then there's loads of choice, e63 etc

They are but it won't be newer than what she already has and a new one is out of budget.

She won't go for a 911 c4 either

Most of the big 4x4 Q7/X5/RR run on big wide tyres and are not good in the snow unless you invest in some winter (narrower) rims and tyres.

Yes, She would go with the S5/6 as I said in the first post

Evo X is possible with the semi auto box.

I know the 4x4's aren't the best for snow or safety thats why I'm trying to get her to stay with a car rather than a big 4x4. either way it's got to be better at getting going than a RWD V8 auto on 275 tyres in the snow!

Have been to see an Evo x today, What I expected but not a go-er as Jen wants the luxury more than she thought she did. They had an E63 so we went out in that, great car but the figures weren't what we wanted as they wanted way to much to swap.

Then went to see an S6 v10. It didn't feel anywhere near as special or as fast as expected. Sounded awesome though.

Have put an offer in on an E55 Komp that I've had my eye on for a bit so if the figures work, hopefully that will be it and winter tyres it is

You can still consider RWD just get a spare set of wheels with winter tyres n you will be driving round with more grip than a 4WD car with normal tyres?

We have, hopefully he'll accept our offer on it as it's possibly the dearest for sale at the mo and I've left him room for profit. Will be on the lookout for some winter wheels if/when we get it

And an exhaust, sc pulley and a remap

Very nice, love the look in white, what will the gas conversion cost?

400bhp rear wheel drive, should be fun around the ring.

Just filled it up and it's averaged 22mpg on the first tank, not too bad concidering how I drove on the way back, the acceleration is adictive!

If we gas it, it'll pay for itself in 26 tanks
