Default Vauxhall Ampera spec

According to the Vauxhall website the new Ampera has a Seven-inch DIC (driver information centre)

Spotted one on the road today, didn't have a clue what it was, was a left hooker. Looked really quite nice

235 combined mpg.

Hmmm methinks they left the extension lead plugged in

Otherwise known as the Chevy Volt, probably the only electric driven vehicle on the road thats actually useable for the average person outside of London. And kicks the **** of these daft token gesture hybrids


Now, they need to go one step further and fit a diesel genny instead of petrol and make it even more economical!

Looks nice but why not buy a £17k Insignia and then use the spare £20k to buy a lot of petrol!

Or even £6.8K for a second hand Insignia and blow £10K on coke and hookers and still have £20K for road tax, petrol and beer

They will never fit diesel, does not fit with the corporate image of making things cleaner. Diesel is a dirty fuel, so we will have to make do with petrol
