Default THE DARK SIDE.... BUT BARGAIN OF THE MILLENNIUM...???

...Or, surely, what's wrong with it, more like?!

This was up for £10k a couple of weeks back - and even at that price the 'on-the-face-of-it' spec is amazing.

Has been on eBay for a good few weeks too. Curiously it's not advertised on MLR (well, not the last time I looked). Hmmmmmmn...

I smell lots of rats...

Something deffinatly not right there... Reads like a bloody good spec, but surely the engine and Turbo would be worth £5k

I expect it's not been mapped to anywhere near 635 and/or something dodgy with it???

But even so, that alleged spec/Norris items is 'too much' for only £5k (let alone £10k!).

Maybe a bit dodgy, maybe not. First thing I'd do is speak to Norris about this engine, if what is suggested by the sale is true, I'd dig a little further. If it is not that spec at all, I'd walk away(from the laptop!!)

If it is confirmed to be in the hands of Norris, then I'll be visiting the bank and asking for a group of snet members to come and join me on a jolly

Defo worth a snoop over for sure - you never know...

Even if you didn't want to keep it, let it lie for a few weeks and try to make a (big) profit.............

'Defo' a dealer:-

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/barryghostrid...id=p4340.l2562

...Who obviously just wants rid IMO. It ended an hour ago - hopefully he'll relist it in a bit.

People nearby should go see it - could end up be the bargain of all bargains........

guys its a scam, check the advert contact number, then the one at the bottom.

also do you honestly think a evo 6 with a spec anywhere near that would go for so cheap? parts alone are at least 10-15k second hand.

Madness, that he sold it for £5k!

Someone's either struck gold... Or acquired the mother of money pits.

this car has changed hands more times than i can remember !! and really quickly too.
never stayed on one persons drive for more than a couple of months at a time.
everytime its advertised its a different price too,the last time it was for sale on mlr it was up at 15k and the bloke selling it bought it for 10k about 2 months before he put it up.
it does have 635bhp though as i saw it on rollers at TRL.

Tim

p.s joz i'm guessing you've still not took the plunge

It sold apparently - see post # 18 ^^^

I wasn't 'necessarily' going to buy it - but at 10k (let alone 5k!!!) it got me 'interested'

But yeah, I've observed the same 'history' as you tweaks - well dodgy.

But who knows - the current owner might just be loving it/'reliable' (lol), etc.....
