Jesus thats mental, what a noise !!

What Transmission is it, semi auto? On my laptop by the sounds the car seems to get a little confused due to the wheel spin and selects the next gear, and the realises it upped the gear too soon due to the wheel spin and then pegs back down a gear for a split second before re-selecting the up gear again..... I will listen again tomorrow on the desk top speakers.... but thanks for sharing this

Almost as quick as Forrest's Scoob

Interesting that the record pass had by far the slowest 60ft time.

AMS said the car doesnt gain full traction until it's in 5th gear! Obviously they know where to turn their attention to now it has the power.....

Because it uses my ECU code Speed density and realtime tuning on the OEM ECU has allowed then to control better the full potential of their turbo kit over their previous 1100 hp. Additionally they have engine block strengthening to reduce chance of cracks.

lol, it's not a done deal yet...I might hate the flappy paddle gearbox

Got a quote for insurance today, pleasantly surprised...£1473 fully comp and that includes five UK track days and 2 European ones! (competition car insurance)

Not that my Scoob has gone any where near a track in it's life...

I'm north of 6ft3 and heavy build, atom/caterham isn't really a viable option for me!!

Playing with a couple of ideas as to a winter project....need to have a ride in an 850 as as tempting as it sounds i'm not sure the car needs it....

My scoob never went near a track, but the GTR has to see the track because there is no other place you can actually understand how mental the car is!

Let us know your impressions after your test drive

Found this link on youtube, Lexus FLA 2012 model vs GTR's:
