Just been to have a look at a Merc C180k evo se today, not a bad looking thing with the panoramic roof, (rear end a bit strange).
It's a 2006 model with 30k in mint condition, auto box which is what seems to be a must have for a Merc?
Has anyone owned 1 of these and could give day to day life experiences - mpg, service costs (do they have a belt or chain?), common problems, etc?

I posted this question on the benz forum but not sure if i'll gat any non bias replies
